Here at CMG Arts we are proud to host a talented and hard working competition team made up of students from Cassana Performance Academy & Georgina Pay School of Dance. Students compete across festivals and independent competitions and we’re exceptionally proud of the standard and results they produce. Below you can read a little more about our competition team including recent results.
March 2026
In March 2026 the team attended the Hertfordshire Festival of Dance in Ware, Hertfordshire where they competed across multiple styles. The team put on a fantastic performance across the board and came away with some super results! Sadly there’s no on-stage shots from the competition, but they were all amazing!

February 2026
In February 2026, students attended Dance Creative Events in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. The students performed pieces in Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acting Through Song, Drama, Ballet, Lyrical and Contemporary. It was a packed weekend with lots of great feedback and some great judges challenges! The students came away with incredible scores, some judges awards, title awards and knockout winners too! They worked so hard all weekend and we were so proud of them all!

January 2026
In January 2026, a few of the CMG Arts team took part in the Welwyn Hatfield Festival in Hertfordshire. The students put on beautiful performances across classical styles. This was a qualifying round for All England Dance with a number of the students qualifying for finals later in the year. We are wishing them the best of luck!

November 2025
In November 2025, the CMG Arts team competed at the Supreme regional competition in Kent. The team put on a wonderful performance with excellent results and we’re very proud to say the every single one our our group numbers placed in the top three in every genre!
As a whole team, it wasn’t possible to attend the finals but we’d like to give a special mention to Olivia who did attend the finals and placed 3rd nationally with her Ballet solo for ages 8 & under!
We are so proud of the results the team achieved!

September 2025
In September 2025, the team competed at the Ultimate Dance Victory Championships and it was such a fun competition to be part of! The students worked so hard and put on a fantastic display of work and performance.
The team put on a spectacular show with so much energy and joy! We were very proud to receive some special awards over the course of the weekend noting the technical excellence the students had throughout.
