As a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer, Barre instructor, nutritional advisor and a qualified yoga instructor, I have the knowledge to help you become the best version of you. Battling with a lifelong autoimmune disease myself, really opened my eyes on the amazing effects fitness and nutrition can have on your overall health and mood and created a passion within me, which then drove me to pursue my dream job of helping others. 

What can you expect from me and my classes? I know how important it is to love and enjoy your workouts, whether it’s a fun but sweaty HIIT session, building strength and muscle through resistance training, creating long lean muscles to upbeat music at the Barre, or taking time out on your mat for a calming, yet energising yoga flow, that helps balance out the body and clear the mind. 

So, whether you are a fitness junkie or a complete beginner, I can support and guide you every step of the way to reaching your goals and creating a Fit Body Fresh Mind in a healthy and sustainable way! 

Barre Intensity

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional fitness training to high energy upbeat music. This class is perfect for all fitness abilities and we incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every movement count. This results in a total body, low impact workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished!!
